"Lovely overnight stay. Used as a base to explore the surrounding areas. Was a bit concerned when we read that a lot of staff had walked out upon sale of the property (some sort of protest I guess). However, the staff we encountered were delightful and extremely conscientious. Special thanks to Caitlin and Adele, I hope your new employer's appreciate you. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms maybe a little tired but were spotless and very comfortable. Thanks again, we will certainly return."

"A steady clean hotel away from the hustle of the city centre. The staff were super friendly, special mention to Kiran on the check in desk. The room was tight for space but as it was only a one night stay that was perfectly acceptable. The bed was really comfy. The only thing I would knock it for would be there was a lot of dust around the TV area. The gym area looked neat and tidy, I didn’t use them as I’d used a gym in the city prior to arrival. The restaurant area had a nice feel to it even...

"Stayed there a few times over the years . Good location for an over night stop etc. Clean and tidy over all. Friendly staff. It went down a bit a few years ago but seems to have been spruced up recently. Change of ownership? (The tv in the room had seen better days with occasional unresponsive controls. Wi-fi did not load up.)"

The instructions for the self service access are really clear and whilst we did have an issue with the code for the lockbox with the key room, we called and the concierge on the phone helped us instantly. The apartment itself was superb. We stayed in the 2 bedroom one called The Lodge. Both bedrooms were very large, with excellent ensuite bathrooms. "Just a 2 night stay. Small room with a small bath room. Plenty drawers and hangers enough plug sockets but no usb outlets. Breakfast is ok no more. Restaurant food is very very good and not silly prices. Overall we loved our stay small room but short of nothing with good but small shower. We will stay again but the restaurant is worth a visit"
