We apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced Pamela. We do wish you would have brought these concerns to the front desks attention so we could have addressed them for you during your stay. Just for clarification the paddle boards are not free but you do as a guest of the hotels get a 20% discount when you pay cash.

We do offer housekeeping it is offered to you at check-in as well as we have a sign in the lobby explaining the housekeeping's current policy. We were explained by you that you couldn't do the stairs so we moved you not due to cleaning issues, We do wish you would have brought these cleaning issues to the front desk's attention so we could have addressed them for you immediately.
