"Perfect stay while visiting family in Aberwystwyth. Staying in a suite room, which had plenty of space, comfy bed and a small kitchenette. The location is next to the golf course and the club house is available for food and drinks. We used the driving range."

"The room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfy, the hosts are lovely and friendly and very talkative and they offer lots of knowledge about walks and activities in wales and have leaflets avaliable with information about activities. The hosts were also very quick to help with anything that was needed. Also the breakfast was amazing and there was lots of options to choose from"

"Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Excellent food. Disappointed with the spa facilities, certainly not luxury. Massage rooms were in a hut next to the swimming pool. You had to walk behind the reception desk and through the swimming pool to get there. There was no relaxation room. Enjoyed the massage but for the price I had hoped for some luxury and somewhere to lie down and chill afterwards. Also you have to go through the tiny gym to get to the hot tub and if someone is using the treadmill...

"The first room was up 4 flights of stairs which was difficult having COPD the central heating was permanently on and couldn't turn it off, it made a racket all night stopped us sleeping, they eventually moved us to a bungalow which was much better but the hot water was boiling hot and could be very dangerous for children . There was NO restaurant or bar which was advertised . it was self catering but no shop to buy food and the internet on for 4 days Not impressed and would not recommend"

"D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...
