Phenomenal views

Beautiful hotel in a jaw-dropping location. Pretty good food (especially if you stick with the Indian selections), although not everything on the menu was actually available. The tradeoff for the absolutely amazing views is that you're way up a really rough road with nothing else around (but I thought it was well worth it, and it was easy to get a rickshaw). Beautiful and well-appointed room. Recommended. :)

Poor direction to the hotel, No signage, brand new

Hotel is brand new & so are the staff I guess. Customer service is of the poorest standard. Hotel is brand new so the rooms are impeccable. So was the breakfast and dinner.... Superb :) the only thing that I absolutely hate about the hotel was the location & due to the poor customer service of the reception staff - JOHN - I was completely lost & stranded in Munnar for 1.5 hrs. Driver just could not find the way to the hotel. No sign boards & proper directions to the hotel.

Truly a leisure upscale experience

Room is upscale and ranks amoung the best we have ever stayed, hotel resturant is a fresh combination of india and global cuisine perfectly prepaired. Staff is friendly and accomadating. The hotel is somewhat remote, it is perfect for a couples getaway with tremendous views including sunrise/ sunset, very quiet comfortable, leisure relaxing as the name states.

Beautiful Views

Plum Judy is in a beautiful if isolated location, 6km from Munnar. The room was well appointed but without a/c, there was a v efficient fan, or black out blinds. The view from the room was absolutely stunning and the birdsong that echoed around the valley, rich and varied. The staff were excellent, especially in the restaurant which offered a wide arrange of very well cooked Indian and Chinese food.
