"Nothing was explained at check in. Fights broke out in the hotel. Staff didn't check on or acknowledge the quest that were effected by the fights or the many police cars. When asked the front desk where to get or if there was a vending machine for water / soda she had a horrible attitude and rudely put water on the counter. The snack /beverage area they claim to have was never stocked with anything. When this was all mentioned to the manager he just said sorry I will talk to the staff."

"I had a really great stay. I had an issue with my flight, and the hotel staff was very accommodating and understanding during the situation. The front desk staff was wonderful, and the valet staff was also great and very helpful. The housekeeping lady was especially sweet and made us feel very welcome. Everyone was kind and professional, and it really made the stay even better. Overall, I had a great time and truly enjoyed my experience at this hotel."

"Cool room. "

"We have always been happy with this property, this time, not so much. We arrived shortly after 5PM to a line of people waiting to check in. Listening as other were being checked in, they were telling guests there was a wait for their rooms. The associate was explaining that guests have been checking in since 7AM, and they are giving out rooms in the order that they came in. Explain to me, what does that mean? In my mind, you don’t have rooms ready, period. She denied that to be the case. She said it was about a 15-20 minute wait. While we were waiting the family behind us got called to the desk for their room. My husband went up to talk to the guy that came out from ‘office?’. He told him we’ve been waiting longer than the 15-20 minute quote. He immediately had a room for us. The front desk peeps, just did not seem as friendly as they normally are. Side note, in room coffee maker did not work. It leaked all over the dresser. "

"There was a huge roach near my room I killed it and asked staff to pick it up. It was left the the entire time I was there. I left before my stay was over"

"Corey was amazing! From the time we pulled up to valet he was so accommodating to my kids and I! Room was very clean! Only thing I can say is that our room looked down at the back of hotel where there was some equipment, ladders, and trash. Not the best view at all for the price, but our stay was pleasant, nonetheless."
