"The shower tiles in the corner close to the turn-on knobs were unacceptable and never got cleaned after requesting/reporting. One day, the bed was not made or linen changed. Staff were friendly and professional. Meals were great in the restaurant, however, seemed to have run out of items or the fryer was not working making selections too limited."

"The hotel itself is beautiful and amazing, we loved the lobby, the room and the candy bar. Also the front desk was friendly and professional. The only negatives were that I booked a queen room and unfortunately the bed was a double, which was quite crowded for the two of us. Also, earplugs by the beds would be super helpful because the street noises that go all night long are really really disruptive to sleep. Not the hotel‘s fault, except for maybe double insulated windows? But earplugs would be helpful. PS the sheets were amazing!!!!"
