"we got to the hotel and was told check in was at 3pm, when i mentioned that Expedia itinerary said 2pm, the front desk said ok, 2pm. we left and came back at 2pm. we were given the room 121 key. i open the door and the beds were not made; there is towels on the floor in the bathroom and the floor is not clean. i got ahold of the housekeeping girl, she said oh one moment and went to the office. the phone rang in the room; my husband answered and was told to move over to the next room 120. that...

"Front desk staff were wonderful. Checking out was a pain, it was before front desk staff was there and had to use a remote kiosk. There was no audio, so I had to play charades with the agent on the screen. That’s where anything remotely positive about the property ends. I’m not expecting 4 star accommodations, but this place is a dive. Checked into room, very dated, fecal matter still in toilet, toilet paper stuffed into peep hole, bathtub missing significant pieces of enamel, desk chair,...

"All the towel I got were stained and dirty I didn’t use any of them I didn’t feel comfortable using them. The pillows looked very very used and dingy and I also did not use them and the bed had cigarette burns on the comforter I had to buy new sheets just to put over it to feel safe to sleep. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far and I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone including my worst enemy. Save your money."
