"Check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly. The room was clean, comfy and refreshing. The bathroom fan was fairly loud but added some white noise. We used the restaurant which was delicious both times (lunch and dinner). Would recommend for a local restaurant. Overall would stay again. Great experience."

"Very good night's sleep as the mattress was so comfy, however I found hotel more of a 2 star because of its age. It was clean, but breakfast room was rather shoddy and with the door to our room facing a busy road, it felt unsafe."

"It is a little bit older hotel but had all we needed. Walkable to many downtown restaurants and bars. Has big parking with easy access (paid). Two nice restaurants in the hotel, great beer selection."

It’s easy to get to and there are nearby restaurants, etc. The parking in the front fills up quickly so if you don’t check in early, or go out on the evening to do things and then come back late you have to park in the back. I find it dark in the back so I’m a little uncomfortable with that."

"I love the Delta in Fredericton! I especially love the lobby, which is so inviting. You can sit and have a cocktail, have a coffee or simply sit and people watch! The staff, particularly Liam at the bar, is phenomenal!"

It looked to be under renovation. There is an outdoor pool but of course it wasn’t open at this time of year, the end of April. "

"The Inn appears to be run by 1 individual who is a bit overwhelmed. Rooms were clean but it could use some updates. Bring your own toiletries as there aren't any offered at the inn. Breakfast is made to order. Omelets are full of onions. Meat lovers means an onion omelet and bacon on the side. I do believe that the owner did put in the effort but I think he has too much for 1 person."

"Broken lamp and unuseable shower made it a challenge. The fan in the bathroom and the motor in the fridge were loud and a challenge to a good stay. The place was shabby and no wastebasket in the bathroom. THE BEDS WERE GrEAT, the best part and made sleep possible. A sign told us to leave the key deposited in a box by the office but a chain and padlock were around it. We were lucky to have a back room away from the road traffic."
