"Everything was perfect!!!"

"I booked and paid for a room with 1 queen bed but the hotel gave me a standard (double) bed. I brought this to the agent at the Front desk and said that if we paid for a larger bed, we should have been given a room with a queen bed. This is false advertising and certainly not honest business practices."

"I am not an overly picky person when it comes to hotels as long as the rooms are clean and comfortable, but this is not a hotel I would ever recommend. The friendly, blonde young man at the front desk was remarkable and passionate about his job. The location to the highway was very convenient. Those were the only good things about this hotel. There are no working elevators and the hallway downstairs smelled horrible and sour. Everything is out of order basically...the downstairs bathrooms,...

"We chose for location but were greeted by bugs and unexpected filth, omg"

"Walked into room and lights wouldn’t turn on, place had bed bugs, the room stunk, sheets were stained so were the mattresses"

"These glamping domes are neat and well thought out. Pictures do them no justice at how cool they are! They have all the amenities you need and then some to make your stay better than a regular hotel. Jack was also super helpful and accommodating. Anytime we have to visit the area, we will be staying here no doubt!"

"Need more amenities like pool or gym for the price point"

"The room was clean and quiet."

"Our stay at Mount Airy NC Comfort Inn was very pleasant. The staff was excellent to deal with. The breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfasts we've seen at hotels. It was clean and pleasant. We stayed on Monday night on our way to Myrtle and again the next Monday night on our way back. The first night was booked through Expedia, and working with them was a nightmare. I used Key Points I had accumulated. I talked to an Expedia rep and they tried to tell me that when we arrived...

"When I came for the check in the lady wasn’t well come"

"Still finishing renovations in lobby area. Bed was VERY comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was very good and staff was very personable and friendly."
