There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries. "The room was clean. The jets in the hot tub were not horribly dirty, but I wasn't comfortable using it. The steam room was nice after we figured out how to use it. This property is for sexy time. That is it. That is all. And for that, it could be fun. It has a motel feel to it. I think if it were updated, it could be much better. But the lighting was dim or red. Although the ladies at the front desk were wonderfully charming, I will not be back. I didn't expect the motel feeling."

"Room was clean. Lots of noise late first night. Called front desk and they said they would come up. Don’t know if they came up or not, but things quieted down for a few minutes, and the noise started up again. Remaining nights were much quieter. We didn’t ask for room cleaning, but they did provide clean towels when we requested. We would stay here again."

"I was given a room opposite to the gym, and next to the laundry room. It was so noisy that I did not sleep well. The breakfast was less than the Fairfield grade. The hotel does NOT live up to the Fairfield name. Beware and stay away."

"Black mold in the bathroom. Cracked and peeling paint. The hair dryer was sticky. The whole place was damp. The floor moved. The ceiling was poorly patched. Lots of water damage. The noise from outside was as if you'd left a window open. Towels were super bleached but had remnants from past guests. The jacuzzi was tarped off with caution tape. It's an old, worm building and I don't even want to know what else stayed in the room with us that night."
