The staff were helpful and it the buffet breakfast had a good selection. However the twin room was very small which had not been apparent in the photos online as I had thought it was a twin room with double beds not singles and there was no hot water."

"I had a terrible experience at Grand Resort and SPA on 15 December, 2018. We booked a twin room online using hotels.com. When we arrived at the hotel the twin beds have very hard mattress. We asked for soft mattress but they didn't have one. Instead they gave us a room with King size bed. But we needed two beds and asked for an extra bed.
