"Staff helpful polite and kind. Safety taken seriously also. Food was really great, a mix of local Indonesian food as well as western choices. I stuck with the indo food, it was fantastic. Gym is a little bit tired, needs more weights but enough to get a small training session in. Pool area relaxing, pool super clean. "

However, a volcano meant that our flight turned around 30 minutes before we were supposed to land in Manado. We couldn’t use our reservation. Expedia said they couldn’t refund the money because they needed to first receive the consent of the hotel and the hotel didn’t respond the hotel...
