"We had a fire drill thanks to a guest smoking in their room past midnight. The hotel is equipped with state of the art fire protection including the hearing impaired. The Wooster FD arrived quickly and a city firefighter disabled the alarm upon inspection. I am disabled and was totally comfortable with my safety during and after the alarm. This security was in addition to the communication with the hotel and the services provided by staff members. My two night weekend stay included daily room...
