Housekeeping staff awesome and Reception staff kind of mixed feeling, when asked the porter how can I bring the car to the main entrance refused to tell me insisted he would deliver car there himself, simple task to reply. If you coming as a couple…I don’t understand their beds, says king bed but it’s not at all, two 90 cm twins pushed together not one king size mattress, and I looked in other rooms on first floor while they were being cleaned same, not one king size duvet but two single ones, honestly not used for this, I was with my son so ok but how with your spouse sleeping separately like retired couple 😆. When you flushing toilet and it’s closed it would spray water on your pants happened in both of our rooms, maybe some bidet function, but when lid down you get completely wet. And at last…the garage, 5 star hotel where you push your luggage 3 floors up to reception sign, no way to get to the front, no lift in a garage either, new built garage, that’s far from 5 star, then you get to tunnels and stairs with no straight lane with your heavy luggages…strange, the check-in is very long, they tell you that Expedia booking is split in two, their system interface not existent plus at check out you get a pdq terminal to pay without show you what you would pay (no invoice provided), so asked for it. Not 5 star hotel, such better 4. "

"Beautiful place, just as the pictures show. The staff was very sweet and friendly. Breakfast was great. Our room was nice with a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. As to be expected with a very old place the wood floors were a bit noisy, but that just added to the charme if this place. Would happily stay here again."

"Room very badly outdated,look like have not updated since the communism.Carpet has lot of spot on it,furniture are very very old not how is shown on the website.Sleeping impossible because the road noise and next door room,You can hear every time when someone flash the toilet.Painting on the doors and pipes are yellow not white because is not been painted long time ago.In the batroom many tiles are broken and just plastered over but still visible.The handles has lot of limestone on because not been cleaned properly.I am Hungarian and i am shocked for the state of this hotel.The owner should start focusing on updating everything to the current dates instead of attaching moor room to the building.Here is only matter quantity instead of QUALITY "
