"The hotel's strong point is its location, straight across from the excellent night food market, city Museum, shrine and a 7-Eleven. The tourist office is a 5 minute walk away.
The rooms were clean enough and overall I enjoyed my stay, largely because of the view from my balcony and the location.
Sadly though, the hotel is in a state of decay with both of the rooms that I looked at needing general maintenance.
Windows didn't close properly, lights didn't work, balcony door had no working...
