"The fitness center was beautiful. However, all the bathroom's (male and female) were not very clean. Housekeeping for our room did a horrible job…I think they basically came in and made our bed and left new towels. However, they find time to sit and chat in the hallway. I am unlikely to go back there."

"This hotel is walkable from the airport and has a few restaurants within walking distance as well. We were greeted with smiling faces and had complimentary lemon water upon arrival. The queen bed, ocean view room was fabulous. It had everything we needed and nothing extra. The air conditioning worked wonders. We had complimentary coffee in the room and in the lobby, along with muffins for breakfast. "

"The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa."

"Never got to stay here due to an injury that my husband suffered. Dr. told us go home right away. In excitement forgot to cancel thiscreservation. Added expedia insurance coverage a joke!! Insurance asking fir ketter from hotel and expedia before I can proceed. No one contacting me back from hotel and expedia site only sends me to insurance company!!!"

"We really wanted to love everything about this place, but the service is the worst that I have ever experienced at any hotel! They did a great job with the branding and marketing but unfortunately the experience does not live up to the expectation. The staff seemed like they really didn’t want to be there and the food was terrible at all of the restaurants. "We had a good stay. Warmly welcomed by the owner (Chef Marshall). Overall the property is well maintained with here and there some needed updates. But the view and amenities make up for almost everything. We had a well prepared and presented brealfast and Chef also gave us a treat which was really appreciated. There was only one concern. "

"We were given a very nice condo with a very short walk to the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The restaurant and beach bar being close was also very night. Overall it was well worth the money we paid. "
