"The view is amazing but you need a gulf cart to pick you up and take you to the lobby area or up to the upper deck pool. The property although beautiful, is very hard to get around. The smell down by the lobby and restaurant is strong! Bring lots of cash because taxis operate on cash only basis, and tip money for the golf cart pickups. Overall beautiful island and resort!"

"The whole experience was amazing. There are so many amenities that come with your stay that it takes a few days, yes days to understand everything that is available. The staff is amazing. You can ask anyone a question about the property and they either give you the answer or know who to get you too for the answer. My favorite was the pool is open 24 hours. "We loved staying here! Exactly what we were looking for and exceeded expectations. The cove and beach were gorgeous. This side of the island is protected from the wind so it was stunning when the other side of the island was getting hit with rough waves and seaweed. There’s a small reef right off the beach so it was so easy to snorkel. The restaurant onsite was amazing and the bar was awesome just footsteps from our room. "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the gym was super well-equipped. The breakfast, which was included with our stay, was also very good. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. The front desk even called a taxi for us, which was very convenient and greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"My stay at Windward Passage Hotel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I am requesting a significant partial refund because the condition of the hotel and lack of service did not match what I paid for. "Let me start off by saying the staff was truly amazing!!!! Everyone was always super friendly and nice. The only thing that I have to speak on is that we thought that we were getting bites from mosquitoes but I’m pretty sure that these are bedbugs that was biting us. So I did text the property once I got to Miami. I do have pictures as well. But, everything else was completely a good experience."

"Excellent place to stay on Saint Thomas. The owners are very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Clean and spacious rooms a short walk from downtown Charlotte Amalie. This is a small, locally owned "hotel" that has an intimate, relaxed vibe. Easy access and parking."
