"What a nice palace to live in for 3 nights! Can’t praise enough the nice job that the owner did renovating this old palazzo while offering all the modern amenities. Staff efficient and professional. Nice touches like good chocolate , bottles of water and a bowl of fruit brought to the room every evening. Breakfast was good.
The masseuses were just average."

"This hotel was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. The Maitre-D was so helpful and kind. Everyone couldn't do enough for you. My sister and I can't wait to come back here again. A lovely 5-star hotel with a beautiful pool, delicious restaurants, and the best employees you could ask for."

"Very Disappointing Stay at El Mouradi Gammarth!
Our experience was absolutely unacceptable.
Upon arrival, the woman at check-in was incredibly rude. Our suite was extremely hot and unclean. We ordered room service, and although the meal was good, multiple cockroaches began emerging around the mirrors. This was disgusting and completely unacceptable.
The suite had two televisions, but only one worked. The 2nd remote had no batteries, and the bathroom's combined shampoo and body wash dispenser...
