"After many WHATSAPP conversations internationally, hotel manager promised a refund for an error in reservation date for two rooms which were rebooked with ANEW as soon as an error was discovered. If he had answered Expedia’s calls, the problem wouldn’t exist. The manager reneged on his promise when I arrived. I would have pursued it further had he not assured me of the credit to my account. Bate and switch. I could say more."

"This booked unit turned out to be a scam. Non existent. I lost money on two days of booking to a facility that do not exist. The telephone number listed on the booking confirmation is fake, non existent in South Africa. The front desk at the facility said they could not find this booking and I should contact the number on the booking for instructions. This listing should be terminated as soon as possible to save other travelers from being scammed into booking something that do not exist. If you...

"The staff was very warm and friendly. Breakfast was almost the same everyday. Housekeeping was great. Only downside is the pool is small and deep so not the best for kids who are learning to swim. Otherwise a great place to be."
