"Representatives said pool was open when I called to book when I arrive it was closed for maintenance which mislead me to book a room."

"Very helpful staff, good accomodations."

"When entering the hotel, we had a weird odor The first room, the furniture was damaged when we went to our room the door was already open. The window was open, and also the mini refrigerator was open with towels at the bottom and thawing it. Also the furniture the microwave was sitting on was broken and it was falling apart. The second room, the wall above the shower was falling. There were holes in the wall furniture had a bunch of weird interior needed to be replaced sheets had cigarette burns...

"Staff great Mary andmanager very accommodating"

"Very convenient access to Nelson Ledges Road Course. I would have liked a hot tub."

"The bath tub was not that nice. Looked like it had stains on it. My 11 year old daughter found a vape and a dirty sock under it bed. Not what I expected to find for the money I paid for the room."

"The hotel outside and inside was well kept. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and we enjoyed the pool a lot (although it was a little cold when we went in). Overall, it was a great stay."

"Our room was really dirty - many visible stains on the carpet, stains on the bedding, sheets were ripped, and there was food on the chair. The main areas of the hotel are dated but also dirty."

"A beautiful property"

"We called about a microwave. Two nights in a row and they never brought one they never gave us clean towels or nothing"

"The service was terrible"
