"The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would happily come back again!"

"The room floor and bathroom floor were both dirty with debris just swept or mopped into the corners. I didn’t see a wall that didn’t have dead bugs on it.. There were no clean towel services provided. You had to go to the front desk and then only 2 were provided and those were so paper thin you could air dry faster. The toilet was clogged upon our arrival and they at least repaired that. Take your own pillows. The ones provided make airline pillows seems luxurious. You can spend the same money...

"The hotel was perfect!! Not that far from Campus"

"It was a nice overnight stop. Clean & safe feeling. No frills, but no problems. No elevator...but only one flight of stairs."

"The room was well appointed, but the cleanliness of the room was not that great. I stayed for 3 nights. The previous occupants dropped candy under the cupboard and it was never cleaned. Plus, we has 2 evacuations in a 12 hour span. There was an electrical fire and then the next morning the fire alarm went off at 6am. 2 days in a row the elevators weren't working properly or at all. They need do do some major electrical work in my opinion. I did not feel very safe."

"Rooms were clean. Breakfast was as expected. They have space for a bar but it never opened. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Convenient to town."

"Property appears rundown. Carpets are badly stained. Baseboards are missing in some areas. Elevator makes a grinding noise every time it stops before door opens. Our room had a musty odor. Doorway had chipped paint. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the desk manager for some, he said it hadn’t come in yet! He did , however, give us a bottle of liquid Dove hand soap which appeared to have been partly used. The buffet breakfast was good and properly tended."

"As a guest services coordinator with Marriott I can assure you that Hart House is a treasure to anyone traveling the Empire State Trail. The bicycle themed rooms are super unique with even the finest details not missed to assure an immersive experience. All additional essential amenities are covered, so whatever you left at home is available here. A gem."

"This is not a hotel I would recommend. I was initially told that there were no rooms available even though I booked with Hotels.com. I was told that the hotel is used for long term stays for workers. I was eventually given a room on the first floor with a door to the outside. The property is very run down and the rooms smell like tobacco. The bed was “clean”but there was mildew on the walls in the bathroom and the microwave was dirty. The only amenities provided was bar soap and a hair...

"This quaint inn was in a wonderful location, the staff was very helpful and the room was spacious and beautiful."

"Entire house clean and tidy. Towels, shampoo was provided. There was coffee available and several drinks in refrigerator. Inviting and pleasant stay. "
