"I didn’t even stay at this location when I was checking my in I was told the water park is separate completely and have to pay on top of paying for the room which the website has no information on that ! And they don’t have a pool for the hotel and they don’t have the park open only Saturday and Sundays ! Which again is not posted online. After trying to check in walking to the room they rushed after us telling us the room I booked and paid for already has a broken toliet and I will not be...

"Breakfast was good with large variety. Had only sausage,would have like bacon or ham. Casino was nice with large variety of machines. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The air conditioner worked really well. The one downside i did have was the room wasnt vacumed all that well. The ladt receptionist at the front desk wasnt the most polite, the outside area was littered with trash. For the price I paid, id highly re consider next time."

" Clean, comfortable room. Nice pool and hot tub, which we took advantage of several times. Nice breakfast. 5 minutes from SUNY Brockport and very convenient for taking a campus tour. "

"Room was very clean, and staff was excellent. My only complaint would be the grounds around the hotel is very dirty with trash everywhere. We had two dogs with us, and to walk them was challenging due to litter everywhere. Everything else was perfect. "

"Pool was cold was told at end of stay that they have been having issues with the heater on the pool stay would have been more enjoyable if we were able to take more advantage of the pool that was the man reason for our stay breakfast really good and manager on duty the day of check out was really nice "

"All rooms are on ground floor, with windows facing parking. The bathroom window did not lock at all - mechanism was broken and screen ripped. The window in the main (sleeping) room had a single lock. The towels had brown stains on them. The bed was reasonably comfortable but the pillows (only 3 for a king bed) were small and squashed. "

"Parking was right next to the room. The parking lot was well lit. The room was super clean & the beds were comfortable. Check in was very easy. I would definitely stay again & recommend. "

"The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Nice updated room. The walls are a bit thin, but it is a historic building, so I expected it. Fantastic stay and I highly recommend!"

"On second evening, we were both locked out of the room. Staff informed me next day, if key card near other cards (in our possession) it becomes demagnetized. Neither one of us had our key cards near other cards...i.e. in our wallets. I DO NOT appreciate paying $250.00 for a room I'm locked out of!"

"Moat disgusting hotel ever. Literally a trap house. Disgusting and dirty. Never seen anything like it. No lights in building other than room. Dirty with food and trash all over the place. Mold in the showers and room. I literally slept in my truck with my doors locked. This hotel should be taken off hotels.com and the cops should clear it out."
