"Overall, our stay was just OK. The room was clean enough, but our TV didn’t work the whole weekend. We informed the staff, but everyone was too busy to even look into why it wasn’t working. Didn’t try the restaurant but it looked decent. We had a beautiful view of Lake Seneca from the balcony. Note that it’s a shared balcony with all the others staying in our unit. The location was great - a 5-minute drive to Watkins Glen and about the same drive to the wine trail."

"Self check-in process is a bit confusing and staffer present when we checked in was not very helpful or supportive. Room was okay and beds were old and hard! No local tv stations to watch so you need to stream your own apps to watche tv. Location of property was the best part. Very central to Watkins Glens attractions and food."

"We booked the Suite which was located upstairs. It had 2 separate rooms (bedroom and Living room). I loved the efficiency with kitchen table, coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator. There was a private balcony with lake view which was great to have a glass of wine or coffee to watch the sun rise. This was a gem to find."

"We were in Penn Yan for a family get together. To me it’s an out of the way location. It was not peak leaf time yet and the wine tours are always available so almost $500 for 2 nights is bit high. The room was clean and set up well but could use some upgrades, especially the bath. I know tile floors are “in” now but we were on the first floor and they were like ice. A comfortable chair would be nice as I don’t like to watch TV or read from bed. Our room was close to the lobby and both nights...
