No breakfast in the hotel, Not at all freindly staff when you check in, we checked in at 11 o'clock at night and they didn"t help us with our luggage. rooms were so so small...."

We were also very surprised to read a note on the outside of room saying that all Finger Lakes Lodging guests must register at the Mirbeau Inn & Spa down the road. We did as the note requested and went down to the spa. I wasn't very far away. Upon approaching the front desk I was asked how I was today. "This property is in serious need of updating and a thorough cleaning. The room smelled like mold, the rug felt sticky, and the lighting was very dim even with all the lights on. The shower was so dirty that I wore my Crocs while using it, and there appeared to be mold around the window as well. We checked in at 4 p.m. after attending an event and only stayed long enough to sleep for a few hours. Although checkout wasn’t until 11 a.m., I was ready to leave by 7 a.m. Unfortunately, I would not...

"Clean rooms, facility and grounds. Staff was very polite and quick to help and resolve any inconvenience I had. The only downside was that the attached restaurant was permanently closed. Over all I enjoyed the experience and would stay again."

"Right off I-90 so it was very convenient for solo traveler wet a pet companion. The breakfast was available and the waffles were a hit! Property was older, but rooms seemed clean and somewhat updated. I have stayed here every summer for the past several years and this is the best the hotel has looked both inside and outside."
