"Not perfect, but pretty good value for $74, pretty clean and comfortable. Hallways do have overwhelming strong air freshener smell but thankfully not room."

"The place smelled like smoke, the Hotel room door looked like it got kicked it, the whole room did not look right"

"Thought I was fine not too dirty not too old but they got rid of the continental breakfast and that was a huge thing they did send this to one of the sister hotels next door that we could get a breakfast at but it was a little frustrating so I'll give him credit for stepping up and not just canceling breakfast but it would have made it much nicer"

"Good clean room and an easy place to stay in Rochester. Comfortable bed and all that. The place is showing its age a bit and the elevator doors could use some servicing, but everything functioned. My one complaint is that those are probably the least absorbent towels I've ever used in my life. I recommend someone from the staff actually take a new one home and try it themselves."

"n/a"

"I arrived a couple of hours upon check in time. Asked if I could get an early check in. They said there was a $25 fee. Whenever I stay at Hampton Inn they waive that fee. I was then told unless I was a Hilton member there was nothing they could do. And since I booked through a third party(expedia) they mad me feel like a second class citizen. The shower was like warm at best, the toilet handle had to be held down the entire flush, just to get toilet paper down. The parking lot is filled...

"The hotel was clean, staff was excellent, location was great, but our room did not have a mini fridge or a microwave, which is a disappointment considering the price. Also, the pet walk area is very small."

"I understand that ‘things happen’ but they had construction crews working on a Sunday and Monday all day. In addition, they were short on help and only had one maid for the whole floor. She never had time or an opportunity to clean any rooms that were being used a second day. There were three grocery bags of garbage I left behind , that I bought myself. Molly, the desk clerk, was phenomenal! She deserves a raise immediately. However, I would never ever recommend this place for your stay."

"Do not do it"
