"The only problem we have was that we try to do laundry but only one washer and dryer don’t help when people put clothes to wash and leaving them in there until next day we couldn’t be able to do our laundry."

"The deposit was $400 which is way more than a 5 star or luxury hotel. Very disappointing. Also the customer service was very slow you had to ring the bell but it took over 5 minutes for someone to let me in to the front desk. The cleanliness was great and no complaints about the room. Everything else was a no for me. "

"We are a party of 4 and booked 2 rooms One was at the south tower and the other was on the north tower . We were not informed at reception and only find out later. I think we were don’t even have a chance to say no. The towers are far apart"

"We loved our stay at the vittoria hotel. Rooms (2 queen standard city view) were very spacious for our family of 4. Rooms were up to date. It is in clifton hill across from the speedway race track. Indoor Pool and hot tub (in basement)were in great condition with lots of towels available and a beautiful mural of the falls on the wall. Only complaint was breakfast wasnt included and offsite parking lot was in a secluded area (but had LOTS of cameras). We would recommend. We were lucky in that the...

"We were very surprised to find out that we had to pay to park & it was not included in the price of the room. It was $45 Canadian dollars to park the car in addition to the motel accommodations. We were not happy about that. It should have told us that on the website. Everything else was very nice."

"We booked this hotel for a quick stay. We have stayed at many of the hotels in the area including properties by the falls, but this was our first time at this hotel. The location is great - walking distance to many attractions and restaurants but it smelled, looked and felt old. The room was okay, but everything was very dated and basic. Cleanliness was questionable so I didn’t feel very comfortable but if you’re only staying 1-2 nights it is okay."

"I liked the Waterpark even though it's quite small. Bring your own towel, the ones they have are tiny. Room was clean but had a smell to it. The sliding glass door had no screen and the glass was very dirty and hazy. There was no balcony. I don't recommend the breakfast buffet, it's expensive and very much not worth it.
