"Do Not Stay Here — Poor Room Quality and Unclean Facilities My party stayed at The Burrstone Inn in Utica, NY, October 10–12, 2026, and our experience was extremely disappointing. "Whole property was exceptionally clean and modern. Friendly staff."

"mmmmm"

"This property is great! Very clean. Spacious room. The bathroom needs towel bars! There were none in ours. Four in a room and only 1 hook on the door. Toilet was very low also. The breakfast is open longer than most. Overall though it's a nice place. Would stay here again."

"It was a great price but you get what you pay for. There was hair all over the bathroom and the toilet was so wobbly that it made it difficult to get on/ off. And this was in a handicap room. But other than that it was good!"

"The room was better than expected. I asked for early check-in, before 3:00 pm. They called and told me room would be ready at 2:15. Arrived at 3:10 and room was not ready. Front desk was very confused and said he could do nothing. Then a manager came out changed our rooms and got us in. We had 10 min to get ready for a wedding 25 min away."
