"Very cute, very clean, unique property. Owners were close and super friendly. We locked ourselves out (2nd door) and they were there in like 3 minutes. The property is a 2 minute walk from anywhere you’d want to go in the very small town. We loved the covered porch and huge bed! If I could say anything negative about the property and it’s tough. It would be that I’m 6’ 255 pounds and the bathroom is a little small for me. However they have multiple units in the completely renovated 115 year old...

"The grounds of this hotel were fantastic. Everything was clean and well maintained and the view was lovely. However, I missed simple things, such as having a coffeemaker in the room. Also, I felt the dining options were too limited. There were specific hours and menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner and room service was available only after nine PM."

"Advertised as having a breakfast but there was none not even coffee. The pool and hot tub was closed. No one was ever at the reception desk you had to call them on a phone. The room WAS very clean. Hotel needs updating and could be nice"

"We stayed here for parents weekend at Fredonia. It is about 30-40 minutes from campus. The hotel is stunning. It maintains its 1800s elegance. The entire property is gorgeous. However, it’s the staff that makes your stay truly special. Every member is so kind and helpful. The continental breakfast has a delicious assortment of pastries and yogurt. The full bar is beautiful and it was so nice to enjoy a glass of wine on the patio. I highly recommend this property."

"We stay at this location every time we bring our kid to college. It’s become a home away from home. The staff are all always super helpful and so nice. The rooms are great and spacious. Coffee and breakfast downstairs are really good. My only qualm is the walls are on the thinner side so having neighbors who are noisier can be a pain but we live. I have literally zero complaints about the hotel itself."

"THIS PROPERTY HAS GONE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
