The staff are helpful when you pointed things out such as the water bottle left in the room was open and used, the shower soap dispenser was empty etc. The staff were quick to fix the issues. All in all, it is what you would expect from the property. It may be the region but the value/$ is low. The room cost around $250/night"

"This hotel smells wet and moldy. Doesn’t look like the rooms have ever been remodeled. Although the front of the hotel looks nice. I stayed there Saturday-Wednesday and my key did not work at all. Every time I returned to my room I had to have the staff open my door. There was no room service. The same trash can and large yellow bin was in the hallway my entire stay. The location is convenient only because it’s the only hotel in town."

"Rooms are okay for price but not reflecting the high rating given to them. However, restoration work is going on in this hotel where painting and other disgusting smells all around the common area. This is not mentioned anywhere. So disappointed."

"I stayed at this hotel because there was no availability elsewhere and I was going by their reviews which is a joke now that I was there to see for myself. You cannot always go by hotel reviews. All other hotels were booked for the weekend from July 3-5. I called the front office to see if they had a room in the front instead of the back of the hotel because the person staying next to my room was smoking drugs in his car. "Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Our initial room smelled poorly, but it looked clean. They moved us to a different room and that was much nicer. The location was super near restaurants and retail stores. Really lovely!"

"The price was definitely more reasonable than hotels in Corning and room was clean enough, but bathroom definitely needs better maintenance. Nice grassy sitting area off of parking lot. No coffee or other food available, but a Panera and Starbucks were nearby for breakfast."
