"Room was perfect and very clean. Longer walk from desk to room than I was anticipating. Had a ton of problems with the key reader on the door. Would not read keys almost every time I left the room. Carried keys in hand from desk to door and it wouldn't even register it. Was never told until check out that I could use the phone at the end of hallway to call the desk to get new keys brought to the room so I made about 8 trips overall just for keys. "

"I have to say this was the best sleep and most comfortable hotel bed I have slept on in a long while. We were not staying at the hotel to hang out in the hotel, just to sleep and watch TV at bed and in the AM. I have stayed in many national chains that charge top dollar and I have had difficulty sleeping due to the bed discomfort. The room was clean but a bit dated with some wallpaper peeling and stains on the ceiling. The TV was dated with the inability to connect to Netflix. Having an in...

"The hotel was good. The breakfast that was included had many choices and was good as well."

"I liked the handicapped option. It made it easier to move around and feel safe. It was very clean, I did a blacklight test and it passed with the exception of a chair. But everything else was immaculate! "

"Great hotel just needs minor renovations. The bathroom was a bit run down. Breakfast was great! Staff was wonderful!! "

"Easy access from the Freeway"

"This was our third stay and, unfortunately, the bathrooms are worse each time. The towels are too thread bare which means they don't absorb moisture or dry well. Also, the shower curtain and carpet smelled very bad this time. We enjoy the size of the rooms, the comfort of the beds/pillows and the variety of breakfast foods. I used to rave about Best Western but I'm torn between the good and bad now."

"It was a very clean hotel! There was a group of us for travel baseball tournament. We booked this hotel for the pool so the kids could swim after long day of playing ball. The pool was closed for maintenance one of the reasons we booked this hotel was the pool."

"Had issues entering the front door. Called Andrew and he provided a back up code immediately. Not sure how people can enter their cocktail bar without the entry being unlocked, but he was there for us. "
