โรงแรมและที่พักในเมืองโอเซเบิล

"The property was nice and staff were friendly. We don’t use the pool or eat the breakfast. The outside sitting areas were lovely. Appreciated the extra room with a suite."

"a short trip, but a good night's sleep."

"Our room was clean and comfortable, albeit a little dated. The resort itself was nice offering a lot more space and amenities than a typical hotel."

"The parking was nice, the staff acceptable they let us check in early, the air conditioner worked. There was mold on the shower curtain and fan in bath room, and stains in the carpet but no sign of mice roaches or bed bugs in the room. We only were there to sleep and it did what it was supposed to. The location was okay, near stores including a Trader Joe’s. Over all 3 out of 5 I’ve stayed better. If you just need a place to rest your head, and want a okay location this is the place."

"The room price was exorbitant for the view from our window: A multistory carpark (described by front desk staff as a "city view"). The room was not cleaned during the day. We had to request fresh towels and more lavatory paper. These were eventually delivered in the evening. The hotel advertises its restaurant. But the evening of our arrival you had to wait two hours for a table. Front desk staff were disengaged and uninterested in guest requests."

"Everyone was great Would stay again"

"It was more for working folks than vacationers."

"Clean rooms and good breakfast"

"The room and hotel staff were great. We shuttled to and from the airport with no wait. The drivers were courteous and helpful putting our luggage in and out of the vehicle. The restaurant staff, however, needs improvement. Breakfast service was slow but polite. The food was good. We came down for dinner and there were two waitresses. One was taking orders out and waiting on tables while the other one was behind the counter and did not move. She kept telling us she would be with us shortly but...

"Very nice place and staff. Only 3 years old."

"Very nice place. Would stay there again."

"I would have given a 5 star review except there was a dog that was barking all night long which woke me up several times and finally turned into howling in addition to the barking after 4am Numerous people at breakfast, in the hall and in the lobby were discussing it in the morning so I was definitely not the only person kept up all night. I am all for dog friendly establishments but when guests have no regard for others the staff needs to step in and ask them to leave. It was well beyond a...

"Great location within walking distance of downtown, with friendly staff. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers."

"Lovely, warm, and welcoming. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Check in was smooth and easy. The property is immaculate. Rooms are spacious and well designed. The breakfast selections please every appetite. Wonderful visit to this hotel!"

"The room is clean. The bed is comfortable but would prefer it to be a little firmer. The breakfast is fine."
