"For an airport hotel, it was OK. We are grateful it was connected to the airport, which is what we needed. Room was OK but we could not lower the temperature and it felt a little stuffy. "

"The bathroom is hopeless. Everything gets wet, then when you dry the floor, the shower head start randomly leaking, soaking everything again! I get the idea of a wet room, but this is ridiculous."

"Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite. Our room was upgraded and we were given a 20% off food voucher but were unable to use in the restaurant we chose. Unfortunately our bathroom fan didn’t work but was an overall comfortable stay for our early flight"

"Firstly there is not enough support or help from the staff there are no phones in the bedroom. I paid for a premium room yet the room I was given was far from premium it was tiny and blocked by a block of flats despite being advertised as ‘city view’ I was able to change after making a complaint but in the new room the TV was so far from the bed it wasn’t comfortable nor were there any plates, bowls, spoons etc… in the kitchen area which didn’t make any sense as there is no way to use it without these. I did love the pool area but it was quite disappointing that the bar/ restaurant area was closed. There is also no where to buy food in the hotel nor is there anywhere to get or order breakfast. Although there is a cafe next to the reception area. I also had an extremely bad sleep, it was sooo noisy and people were shouting outside my room before 5am in the morning."
