"Everything was great from the room, staff, amenities, pool, proximity to town center. Loved it all"

"Very nice staff"

"Pluses - it was clean and refreshingly vivid. It had most of the essentials for a short stay. Minuses - waited for front desk staff, not long but it certainly allowed thoughts of “how do I check in?” The breakfast had few gluten free choices and most dishes needed to be microwaved for temp and no non coffee beverages were visible. Plus - I would stay again and would give it a good review for family or friends."

"Very clean, helpful staff, great location close to the rail trail and within walking distance to town."

"To add what I didn't like there was No one there to greet us at a front desk We were charged to much because there was No hot breakfast available included in the price I took out motel/ hotel cancelation protection, when I tried to cancel I was told I would NOT receive a refund I could of booked right in wellsboro for a cheaper night rate and had more extra amenities that were offered There should be some kind of a refund offered"

"No sheets"

"The room was very clean the view was spectacular from our enclosed front porch we would definitely come back"

"Nice"

"The hotel although older in age, is well maintained with a friendly and helpful staff. The owner is making useful upgrades to the property to enhance the guest's experience."

"Only a short ride into town for a Dandys, Dunkin Donuts, and eateries. Megan was very cordial and informative."

"We greatly enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect relaxing getaway and location for us to explore the beautiful countryside and a convenient location to serve as our home add while we explored the area on our motorcycle. The hosts were helpful and accommodating and responsive to all of our needs. I would definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway."

"The place was wonderful and the owner was accommodating. Beds comfy, loved the outside furniture. The only downside was it was advertised as a 2 bathroom place but there is actually only one bathroom. "

"Great place to fish from, and come back with area for hanging wadders, etc very nice!"

"Amazing places."

"The trip was great. The refrige/freezer needed a wipe down, but nothing too bad to call it nasty. It was spacious and clean and fit us perfectly. The only complaint we all had was the pillows were like laying on paper, almost nonexistent. The water smells of sulfur, but provided a water purifier for drinking. Gorgeous property and beautiful surroundings. Enjoyed the fire pit outside. Definitely would recommend to any family. Or a couple wanting a quiet get away. BYOP. Bring your own pillows."
