"From check-in thru check out I can not express enough the professionalism, family friendly staff. Rooms were well kept throughout. Even after a long day out in tge Meru National Forest the welcome back definitely felt true and sincere. Room value was excellent, Staff exceptional and restaurant bar far exceeded most Kenyan experiences. My family and I will definitely be back!"

"Lewa Stay of a lifetime! I splashed out for a three day stay and could not fault anything. The animals on the game drives were amazing, especially rhinos and lions were amazing. The guide was very knowledgeable and obviously still excited about it all. The camp was comfort personified and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. It was lovely to dip into a little piece of luxury and also to see the good work the Lewa Conservancy is doing. It gives one hope for the future."

But everything in this place is very poor: the service (money is more important than good service), they try to get money by insunuating that you didn’t pay enough for the room, that the complimentary breakfast is for one person (although booked a double room for 2 persons). The room is very poor, you can choose between being burned by too hot water or take a cold shower. Wifi is not working. The service in the restaurant is very slow,...
