"The hotel is lovely and the room spacious and comfortable. The view from my room balcony was exceptional. I was offered free ear plugs due to the religious festival in the churches very close by, which was very thoughtful. I made use of the gym, which is limited, but didn't swim in the hotel pool, preferring to use the outside pool at the sister hotel 5 minutes down the road. I didnt eat at the hotel. The restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner, but discounted meals were available, again at the sister hotel, Palace Gate Hotel and Resort. The only staff I saw, were at reception. They were very polite, spoke great English and helped me with problems I had with the cleaning staff immediately (leaving dirty cleaning cloths in my room on the furniture, not replacing dirty cups, nor bath mat and towels, before complaining, and not putting enough fresh water in my room each day). As it was a festival, they were short staffed, but my room was perfect after my complaint, even to the extent of pointing the toilet paper. I would happily stay there again should I need to, as I have family in Cambodia"

"Staff were just incredible! They were so helpful and attentive. The hotel is beautiful and a gem for the price. The complimentary breakfast had a wide array of items and the restaurant had a great selection of food times and drinks. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"Great location and great value for money. Rooms are spacious and functional. Beds comfortable. Shower floor very slippery and WiFi intermittent. Breakfast average but for the price of the room eat outside."
Baitong Hotel & Resort

"Baitong means "green" in Khmer and that truly shows in this hotel/resort. The pictures you see of the Forest Garden Pool is way better in ́person. The staff is great, very nice and polite. I booked the Terrace Garden View, I liked it but I think I should have booked the Pool View instead. I did like the privacy of the terrace, but the room is hidden behind the forest and that is all the view. Still a great room! The buffet breakfast was good. I like the egg station and the noodle soup station. The buffet is a mix of Khmer/Asian/Western options. Location of the hotel is also ideal, very near Independence Monument. Overall I highly recommend."
