"It is unique as most of the rooms are underground and have no window. This takes a bit of get used to and we knew before we booked it was windowless. The room is small but we spent most of our time looking at the tourist attractions so the room is not the most important thing. Location is also great as it is central and next to bus and rail, easy connection to Arlanda airport. The breakfast included with the room makes up for it. "Great location. Check in process was so simple; loved the online check in option because it turned out our room was ready for us before the 4pm check-in time - great when you just get off a 16hr train ride at 11am.
Room has everything you need as a tourist who isn't going to be in much anyway. I did miss having a kettle but thought all the storage options like the underbed drawers and space to stow my suitcase under the bed was really handy.

"Our group of 3 adults spent 4 nights at the Biz Apartment Gardet. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was nice so that everyone had a room for sleeping and privacy. The kitchen had a huge fridge and freezer and was fairly well stocked with dishes. Blackout curtains would have been nice, as there is very little darkness at this time of the year. The breakfast was wonderful one of best.
A reason I will not recommend or return was due to a luggage issue in which the not so nice lady at the front desk said I could not store it even though I paid for the room. All other hotels near this one allowed it for each day before the check-in time. I will choose those next year when I return & not recommend this hotel to my friends.
