"Was quiet and friendly"

"The property is in disrepair, with a very bumpy parking lot and an exterior door that no longer allows access. Our room was not clean - there was a cookie smashed into the bed frame and dirt on the carpet along the other bed frame. The tiles in the shower were dirty and had spray paint on them. The pillows were cheap and lumpy."

"They kept the 50$, charge that should have been returned , payment should have been 148$ they charged me 198$, they did this because I left a poor review , discusting place, I will be disputing the 50$ charge"

"Limited parking at the office entrance level. My coffee maker was not plugged in. Tried to phone the restaurant using the speed dial button but it didn't seem to work - I had to type the 10 digit phone number. The breakfast room layout is inefficient - too many large tables occupied by 1 or 2 people."

"It was ok. Not terrible, not wonderful. Pros - price, relatively clean, pleasent staff Cons- no elevators, terrible beds. Not the greatest breakfast. No disposable slippers (not sure how clean the carpet in the room is, so left with either wearing shoes throughout the room which felt weird, or barefoot which kinda felt gross). Also, based on our family (2 adults, 1 child) the site only offered 2 double beds. Ideal would of been 2 queens, or 1 queen and a pull out couch, the lack of options...

"Excellent spacious rooms, safe. Everyone speaks French coz it's the French district of Sudbury. Highly recommended!"

"Hotel was clean, welcoming and the attached restaurant was a huge bonus. The receptionist was polite and very welcoming. However there was only one person working. We arrived at around 7pm and the line up was extremely long. We decided to go eat. We then tried again at 9:30lm and the line was just as long. We were 4th in line and had to wait approximately 20 minutes. This was frustrating after having booked online and after a long day."

"Mattress was neither in a frame or on the ground. Instead, it was placed on top of a box, that if you or anything moved while lying on the mattress, the whole thing would shake vigorously as if it would fall apart the next second. And I don’t think anyone’s back is braised to sustain the kind of movement. Also, we checked in around 9-10pm which supposedly is way past the cleaning time and into the check-in period. For some reason, all the surfaces appeared wet or it could have been a sticky...
