"Excellent hotel, staff and the room, perfect. Clean and comfortable, right in the heart of downtown making it easy for walking to the many excellent shops and restaurants. This is our new overnight spot when we take the long drive north. Parking is a breeze, easy and cheap."

"The lobby was dirty and poorly maintained. A pool is advertised and it was closed and filled with debris. The vent in the bathroom was covered in mold. There were not enough facecloths and no cups for coffee. No stopper in the bathroom and shower tub was moldy. The elevator was filthy very unhappy overall."
