"The property was ok. I give it a 3 1/2 stars. The room was clean on entering, but for 3 days the cleaners only come in to remove the towels and wash rags, and at no point were they replaced. I had to take towels and wash rags and tissues from a bin I saw in the passage. After complaining, they inform me that I had to be out of the room for them to clean the bathroom and note that's all they clean for the week that I stayed there. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. As it relates...

"Beautiful hotel, inside and out! Great breakfast with several choices of food and beverages. Very roomy lobby, plenty of comfy seating. Fitness and pool areas. I was in room 212 and it was super convenient and comfortable. Accessible shower with seat. Room has microwave and small fridge. Two large TVs, one in seating area and one in front of bed. Temperature worked very well. Very nice hotel staff."

"Room was clean"

"Everything was amazing I just don’t recommend the first floor to many people going in an out the side doors definitely hard to sleep with the noise but it was clean comfortable and the breakfast option was pretty good too."

"The room was clean and the front desk person was engaged and tried to help. The problem seems to be with the management. There were several rooms reported in which the televisions were not working. The TV itself worked, but no channels, nothing to watch. I happened to be the first to report it. The manager was called and took absolutely no action, just saying maintenance could not be called in until morning. I felt a more proactive approach should have been taken. "Very kind workers."

"Remodel that hotel"

"We had the most delightful little pre-cruise stay in this cute bungalow. It was spotless, comfortable and the deck was so relaxing to sit out on in the evenings. Very reasonable price too. We would definitely stay again if we ever visit again."

"It was in terrible condition. The rooms were wide open. Dirty. We didn't end up staying."

"The first room had a odor and the shower curtain had mold on it. The second room air conditioner was not working properly "
