"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. My experience was very disappointing. There were roaches in the dining area. While my wife, another couple, and I were eating, roaches were coming out of the table. When we told the staff, they said they already knew about the problem. I also found a dead roach in my bed, which was very upsetting. The dresser had a broken strap hanging off. The entry door to the bathroom door handle was on backwards. "The sand castle in St. Croix is amazing. It only let me give five stars. If I could give 100 I would. Everyone was so kind and friendly. There were two beautiful pools and plenty of beach, chairs and umbrellas to go around. The beach was just stunning and is steps from the hotel. They provide snorkeling, equipment, kayaks, chair, covers, and beach towels at no charge. We stayed in the Secret Haven Villa which was perfect! "Great stay! No-frills hotel, but room was spacious with a nice balcony with an ocean view. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and staff was great. There is a breakfast place in the courtyard which was convenient. This hotel is across the street from the water in the heart of Frederiksted. This is not a swimming beach area, but more accessible beaches are nearby. Frederiksted is a cool town that is recovering from the last hurricane so there is a lot of work yet to be done, but we love that...

"The room was comfortable and had more amenities than other places I have stayed in St.Croix. The owners were friendly and helpful. The views were beautiful and the breeze enjoyable in the evening. You do need an all wheel drive vehicle and should definitely arrive while it is still light out. The WiFi was dependable."

"The host let us check in early which was super helpful! Right when walking in you were welcomed with a great view of the ocean! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to sleep comfortably. There was an issue with the unit above us, which is not our hosts property but they helped out and remedied it quickly! They reaupplied our towels and are responsive when you reach out. Beach is pretty rocky so we went to other beaches to swim. Pool was clean and kids loved it! Thanks!"

Had metal poking up on both beds, screaming kids until 1 o’clock in the morning, banging on the walls and screaming rundown building when we asked for another unit, the other unit was exactly the same had bugs in it run down worthless bed the owner that told us that if we wanted a refund we had to turn over the keys and leave right now that was at 1:30 in the morning we had to sleep with our car on the streets of St. Croix.
