"Our stay was for only one night and overall was a very pleasant stay. We opted for the Cereal breakfast which in our mind equated to a continental style breakfast. Unfortunately there were no croissants or ham and cheese, just a bit of toast and some jam / honey plus cereal mainly from packets. Very disappointing especially since I had noticed the bakery van arrive earlier that morning. Overall a lovely hotel has let itself down with an uninspiring attempt at breakfast."

"I had a very warm welcome on arrival. Very friendly and helpful. I arrived late in the evening and had given advance notice. All was explained, where everything was, when would I like breakfast. Just perfect. The room was comfortable and pleasing. All clean and tidy. Home made shortbread was available. Breakfast was excellent and nothing too much trouble.
