"Very friendly staff offering personalised service. Had a lovely stay here for a few night. Breakfast was excellent - loads of options to choose from. The room itself was good, decent size and has everything you need, but nothing fancy/special. Where this hotel truly shines is the location. Unbeatable prime location. Walkable from the main train station with luggage and just a two minute walk right into the heart of the town centre. SO central that I could go back to the room multiple times to use the bathroom or put down shopping bags as it was closer/more convenient than finding a public restroom. 10/10 would recommend this place for your stay to Ljubljana. Felt super safe as a solo traveller as well."

"Incredible place to stay . I enjoyed this place so much . I chose a low level single room with shared BR , that was really great . Comfortable bed , pillows , clean room and with staff cordial assistance they helped me with my luggage from a few steps to the room . The kitchen is well equipped, they have the reception fridge for my meds . Good latte at the bar . Towels are provided . Even the BR soap is good . Just bring hair conditioner. Balcony has a good view of the castle . Only 900 feet from Flix bus station , in the heart of central Ljubljana. Supermarket 2 blocks , plenty of entertainment,Awesome place to stay. Tap water is drinkable. Tea at the reception. Plenty of quiet places to sit and relax . I used the laundry and the iron . Great customer service."

"Lovely hotel and staff very helpful. I was in a room overlooking the lake which was really nice however not sure you can see the lake in some rooms due to high trees outside. Breakfast was good with lots of variety and the pool was fabulous"

"This hotel goes above and beyond. From the point of arrival staff were very friendly and helpful. We requested a packed lunch for one of the days and they delivered a great selection box. They also helped us with airport shuttles and accessing the games room and pingpong. The atheist of the hotel is amazing with a lot of thought on design providing both art and modern touches. Our room was ample in size and we'll designed. We also enjoyed breakfast in there open area dining area. Breakfast was great with lots of quality and selection. The gym was also great and had high quality machinery, everything required for a good workout. The transport links were also great with regular buses into town. Overall a great hotel well worth staying if ever in Ljubljana."

"This hotel is in the best location. It's within a 10 minute walk of everything in ljubljano, 5 minute walk from the river and all the restaurants. The staff is amazing I don't care what time of day or night you go down to the desk they are all so helpful nice and accommodating. The breakfast is very plentiful the only thing I would say it's a little repetitive there's only one item that changes day to day but you won't leave they're hungry. The drinks at the rooftop bar are delicious well made and again the service is impeccable. The room was very comfortable and housekeeping did an amazing job. The hotel is very quiet in the entire 8 days we were there we never heard another human being or even hurt his door close. There are literally five places to eat within a one block walk of the hotel and within two blocks there is multiple small stores to grab a snack drink wine or beer. Finding such a convenient hotel made the entire vacation so much more fun because everything was so close. Thank you to all the staff ❤️"
