"We were let check in at 2.45 as our room was ready (housekeeping was still happening in some rooms on our floor however!) It was a bit of a maze to find the room initially. "My Room was clean. Shower in my room was clean. Staff customer service skills were Good. Location is only a 10 minute walk to the sea front. Loose wire in the corridor near my room. Paint peeling from the Skirting board in my room. Couldn't open the window in my room. Communication from the staff could have been better about me checking out "

In general, the attention to cleanliness in the main areas of the hotel also seemed lacking. During our stay, we experienced a few maintenance issues.
