"Clean rooms. Enjoyed all the amenities. I always choose this place over any other place. It is the best!"

"Very disappointing experience. I called ahead to correct my reservation and was told it would be taken care of. I had already paid through Expedia for the hotel’s best suite for two nights, but when I arrived, the reservation was still wrong. Now they are giving me a basic room and asking me to pay again. Very poor communication and customer service"

"Breakfast was a protein bar! Rooms were not quiet."

"They have breakfast but the only warm food are breakfast sandwiches"

"Super friendly staff. Very welcoming! Our kids loved the goodie bag full of candy to choose from on our way to the balloon fiesta!"

"Breakfast"

"The bed was lumpy on one side and firm on the other. You have to discover the side you like! We were given a room on the first floor, facing the laundry on one side and the parking on another. When I asked to have a better room, I was told that there were no other rooms for what I paid. The room was expensive so I wonder if it’s because we reserved with Expedia that we got one of the worse rooms in the place."

"Nice hotel, can’t complain"

"Nice property for a quick stay. We had a large room with a living room and kitchen. The kitchen table was obviously in the wrong location when we came into the room. Oddly, whole place services were laid out for 4 people. We asked for wine glasses because the only glasses in the room held about 20 oz. But there were no wine glasses or juice glasses to be found. Nonetheless, a nice property if you are in the area."

"The only thing I can say positive is the breakfast. The bed was uncomfortable. The comforter was a seventies style bedspread. The pillows substandard. When requesting more pillows I was told no and given blankets. The hot and cold water were backwards. There was no elevator. My room stated it was a first floor king it was on the second floor, again no elevator. The pool was under construction. My stay in the Quality Inn in Rio Rancho, NM was less than satisfying."

"The part I didn't like is they disabled my card for the room thinking I had checked out and it was too early I had all my stuff in that room"

"Very clean"

"Where do I even start? I don’t know how this place has any good reviews. It was filthy. The shower was yellow with filth and smelled like rot. It gave me athlete’s foot. The towels and sheets smelled moldy like the washing machine they were laundered in had never been cleaned. Shower curtain was also yellow with filth & smelled awful when wet. There was a fruit fly infestation from a garbage can in the common room that hadn’t been emptied in who knows how long. Hand towels/wash cloths weren’t...

"Absolutely beautiful location-tons of wildlife and nature."

"Because I had never visited Los Alamos when the booking said the place was located in Downtown I had envisioned a more traditional urban city center and not such a small village. But that's on me. As for the Canyon Inn itself it was centrally located, clean and relatively quiet. I also wasn't quite expecting the room to be a extra room in someone's residence but it was spacious and more comfortable than I thought it would be. The owners were friendly but not intrusive. Probably worth...

"The property and location was an amazing, although a little difficult to get to. We have a Subaru, so the long uneven dirt road was no problem for us, but I could see some vehicles having more of an issue. Our host was very responsive. The fact that there is no air conditioning should be more prominent when looking to book. I missed it initially when I booked the property. And while it was honestly not too bad even for mid July, it was pretty warm upstairs. Down stairs was much better. The...
