"This historic home was just perfect for us. Matt was a great host. Wonderful hot breakfast with pancakes, eggs and sausage. Good location. Wonderful premises, perfect for enjoying the peacefulness. Would definitely recommend!"

"LOVED IT! Perfect for our family of 4 (1 King, 1 Queen & pull-out sofa). Beautiful remodel of a historical building - still had the Old Wild West feel, but modern. Only 3 rooms with an open communal sitting room (no TV, no front desk). Quiet and relaxing with AMAZING views. The one staff member we saw was super nice and helpful with local recommendations. Just can't say enough good things about this place - probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Wish we could have stayed longer and...

"Had a wonderful time. Nice property and in a great location. Would rent again, to be in close proximity to purgatory and other winter destinations. Owner had great recommendations to local shops and restaurants. "

"Was listed as a Durango address but is 20 miles outside of Durango. Condo is very dated and needs an update. Very hot with no ac. With that said, it was nice to have the amount of space for the low cost. "
