My husband and I waited close to 30 minutes and had to ask the manager to get us a server. Sadia in the spa was very kind and informative. Gave us a personal tour. "The property is in good location for almost everything a tourist need. Lots of restaurants at walking distance. Next to Rabat Ville train station and an ATM right outside the property. The front desk is very helpful but still need some improvement for English speaking. The breakfast place does not have a lot of selections. No food labels. Salad bar does not have dressing nor olive oil. It's okay not bad at all."

We asked them to do some of our laundry which was convenient, but it was expensive compared to doing it in a laundromat. The location is very good for seeing most of the sites in Rabat. Pas de parking disponible devant un hôtel qu on a eu du mal à trouver au début Le parking se faisait devant la sortie de garage de l immeuble Une chose encore … l hôte m a fait payer à l arrivée une taxe de séjour pour 2 nuits au moins 4 fois supérieur à ce que j ai pu payer ailleurs Ça me paraît énorme pour avoir fait de nombreux autre hôtels avoir jamais dépassé le quart de ce j ai payé ici… je crois m être fait arnaqué sur ce coup mais a vérifier...
