"Service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was spot on. The lady spoke a little English and us even less Slovak but we smiled and laughed our way through the check in process. The room was surprisingly big (I think a suite) and and shower etc was well maintained. We slept well and enjoyed breakfast in the morning. For the money we paid I couldn't find flaw in anything"

"Great room and absolutely beautiful food we loved the spa room and the pool. The kids really enjoyed the cinema. The room was very clean and there was good game rooms and the view outside was to die for. The only bad thing was that you had to carry your skis around 350 meters before you could get to the skiing spot. Overall we had a blast and we recommend it as a place to have your ski holiday and relax. It is a lot of fun for both kids and parents 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

It’s a really good family hotel with outdoor playground, indoor kids zones, pool and wellness area for families but also adults only. Our room was spacious, cleaned every day. "J'ai passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel afin d'aller découvrir les montagnes slovaques. J'ai passé peu de temps dans ma chambre mais elle était très spacieuse. Le personnel parle un bon anglais et j'ai beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le sauna. "
