"Very impressive and expansive grounds and historic house hotel very close to Heathrow. We used it as one might an airport hotel, but enjoyed a leisurely breakfast then strolling the gardens and grounds before getting a car for a 9 minute drive to the airport before our flight. Though some of the property could use some updating and more refined curation, for the most part, given its age, it is a fantastic spot.
