"I stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall had a decent experience. The property is located right next to the M25, but surprisingly, the noise wasn’t particularly bothersome. Breakfast is served as a buffet, and the quality is good, although the selection is quite limited. For a longer stay, I would probably find it disappointing, but for two nights, it didn’t make much difference. I had a deluxe room, which was very spacious and comfortable. "Lovely pool area for children and adult areas in the spa. It was really busy with a lot of spa guests we couldn’t get anywhere to sit and realised when we left that spa guests had rudely left wet towels on the loungers after they’d left making us think they were taken. The entrance hall is lovely but has stairs whichever way you enter which is odd when they know people will bring cases. The rooms are really dated but clean. Our lamps didn’t work by the window, only half the room could be lit up....
