"Very friendly and informative host who knew lots about the local area. The room was very clean and comfortable and had an amazing sea view with a balcony. It may not be luxury but we couldn't fault it. Second time staying here and will stay again "

Great service, easy to top up tea, coffee, fresh milk etc. No car park but easy walking distance to other car parks. Near plenty of places to eat. In a lovely, historic part of Rye with lots to see."

Dianna and her amazing team even helped out by washing and drying some clothing. Mid way through my work trip it was as a relief to know I had clean business and personal clothing. The young bar staff were also very kind and welcoming. "

"The room was as it should be - clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was excellent. Excellent value for the money overall. Only a couple of very minor things. The TV could have been a little bit bigger and lower and more tea and coffee in the room on arrival. We will certainly stay again."
