We had a lunch which was good with a selection for vegetarian and lovely puddings. "We had a really wonderful stay. Everyone was so welcoming from reception to Refuge bar staff, even the lovely guy constantly cleaning the walk ways. Jazz in the Refuge was an unexpected surprise along with the signature clock tower scent. "
