"We have used the hotel just to rest overnight while visiting Constanta. It was perfect for our purpose. We loved it. We could even fit all of us in the queen bed with two kids (1.5 and 3 y.o). The stuff was very friendly both at the reception time and in the restaurant for breakfast. The morning omelette was absolutely amazing. "The hotel is nice overall. I was expecting more from a 4 stars hotel. The breakfast was pretty poor. Good air conditioning. If you like a bed mattress very hard, old and covered with a pink sponge this is the place to come. You might even get a free back pain from it."
