"I booked two reservations at La Quinta for a road trip from California. First night was at your Rifle Co location and the second was in Des Moine Clive location. Both rooms stunk!! Hallways smelled as well. Hallway carpet in front of my door disgusting!! Food crumbs and misc debry! I will never stay at one of your properties Again. Never showered nor did I walk on the carpet at you rifle location after I saw hair on the sheets when I turned down the bed. Property had damaged doors and bugs...

"It's a good place to stay. Staff is friendly and the location was close to everything. We stayed here because it was close to Glenwood Hot Springs without the expense of staying in Glenwood Springs. No hot tub, but the pool was nice. Breakfast was good."

"This is a well maintained property not far from Dinosaur National Monument. Comfortable room and an indoor pool. Breakfast comes with the room for those who want that convenience but since it's the standard motel fare, a better option is the Main Street Cafe just a few blocks away."

"Stayed there 6/27/26. There was Guests arguing in hallway with no staff in sight to handle. Lasted for several hours. Breakfast was a joke, it consisted of dry cereal, instant oatmeal (water dispenser was empty) and again no staff in sight. The room was very clean. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job. I have stayed at this location several times and this time was by far the worst experience of them all."

"Positives: Saturday (6/13) staff person was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us. Yurt was roomy and bed was comfortable. Negatives: bathrooms are not well maintained; laundry room was extremely filthy, dirt, lint cig butts & mouse droppings all over. Need to have a property map in room; saying laundry is at #1 bathroom and not tell where that is and not have # on bathrooms is useless."

"If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet place surrounded by nature, this is the perfect spot. We saw deer, cows, donkeys, squirrels, chipmunks, birds, and bears."
